brittanyk765 @rad4701 hello! I’m so sorry after reading your review. Yes, the watch is older so the battery needed replaced but I have not glued anything back together on the watch, nor were pieces coming apart prior to being sent that had originally been glued by Burberry. The watch was sent as photographed and I pride myself on sending products that are not following apart. If anything such as a small pull, beads missing, etc in my product - then that is 100% noted in the posting.
