wildtimefashion The hat put on counter or flat surface and the stuffing put in the head and play with shape keep it full of stuffing - Take books or something flat heavy like books and put it around the brim it will flatten it out in like a day. I was worried it wouldn’t handle the boots 😆 but no worries it is easy to fix.
