clcbo Hello Brittany, I am glad you received your Care Bear, but I am a little confused on why I was rated 4 stars. I see where it says packaging could be worked on. I specifically always want to make my customer's happy. I shipped it Christmas wrapped and with a very nice thank you note and also very well secured in a shipping box.

clcbo Due to Christmas Holiday being on Friday and then the weekend the post office is closed plus COVID delays and then there was a Winter storm delay in shipping too. I cannot control when the post office delivers. As I shipped it within the right amount of time and out a lot if kindness and care.
