brittanyharris3 @ddonohue111 hello, I’m sorry I folded and mailed this item and shipped it out promptly. If the envelope was damaged during transit that is out of my control. I had to mail it in a envelope rather than a box because I have a newborn and taking her into a post office is not an option for me so I had to use a drop box. This dress was in PERFECT condition, never worn, with the tags and a great price. Sorry you were unhappy with your item. Happy to send you a refund if you want to ship it back.
