bherald21 @charla8 good morning. it is boxed an ready. post office near me is open 8 to 10 today so hoping to get there soon. sorry for delay, this is the biggest item I've ever shipped and had a hard time getting to the post office.

lillygilliam I wanted to let you know that I accepted your shipment & gave you a 5 star ⭐️ rating. The thing is the plate that sits on top was broken in several pieces. You did a great job wrapping it. So I didn’t think it was your fault. The box was pretty beat up by the time it got to me. Not sure if there is some way I could file a claim against the shipper? I’m new to this, so any help would be appreciated. Since it basically unusable as it is now.

bherald21 @lillygilliam I am so sorry that happened. I have never shipped anything beakable before and after this, probably won't again. I am fairly new to this as well, I reached out to a friend who's been on Poshmark for years to see if she knows anything. my thinking with filing a claim against the shipping company is that postmark doesn't include insurance in pricing so without any insurance, can they be held accountable?
