equestranista @cza232 how do I file a case? I'm such a constant shopper that when I opened the box in front of my fiance, I couldn't say "I don't recall ordering this" as he's standing literally behind me like "ohh, that's nice babe" translation from man speak into English: "How much did you spend on that?" I couldn't pretend like I had no idea when I bought it! I don't know what to do🤯

She paid $160 total but I 'm in contact with her and she filed a case to return the wrong item and get refunded. I can't sell it to you it has to go through PM.I won't get paid for both items. I'm freaking out abt this mess ,my first time!

cza232 @equestranista You file a case by going to your Purchases,then Problem /Inquiry, Contact PM, Return Item and write Wrong Item received and attach photos of the wrong item you received. They will review and I think send you a Return Label to mail the package back to me. I'm sorry for this kerfuffle. Thank you so much. I really appreciate it so much

We have sent new labels to each of the buyers for your two orders to ship the items to each other. We have covered the shipping costs for this order, but please be advised that in the future, each mis-shipped item will be charged a label fee of $7.45.

If, for any reason, the buyers are unable to receive the correct items, they have the right to request a full refund.
