@poshmf I sent you 2 brand new eyeshadow palettes. we take images of every item we ship. you claimed both were damaged, and your lengthy description of your claim did not match any of the images of what you were sent. Oddly, you insisted on keeping both palettes. but still wrote a full page negative rating. I don't believe a word of your claim and I blocked you
