Hi there, just curious why I received such a poor rating? If improvements are needed then I would like to know. The sunglasses are new, packaged properly with a gift 🎁 all of the documents were there so I’m not sure what went wrong. Sorry to nag but I’m very curious to know why I received such a poor rating. Please advise?
