Hi, I just received my package but unfortunately, you sent the wrong item so I can't accept the package. I am guessing there was a mix-up because a multi colored tunic was sent to me instead of the red, high neck Eloquii top I ordered.

@bbray5 I will send it back though I did not accept the package. I know it was an honest mistake it's just that I have not had to return anything on Poshmark before so I felt it was necessary to follow the Poshmark policy in such cases. I know we will be able to resolve it amicably.

@bbray5 Hi, so this is a quick update. Poshmark has sent me a pre-paid label to ship the top directly to the purchaser and asked her to ship the Eloquii top directly to me. I will be doing that tomorrow and will let you know when I receive it. Pls stop apologizing, I know it was an honest mistake that can happen to anyone.
