hawaiianlava @mcdonabe Hi there, so sorry to hear you were not happy with packaging. I remember putting it in tissue paper and some extra padding so that it wouldn’t move around in box. I’m wondering if something shifted enroute to you. Anyway, I apologize for any inconvenience and any feedback will help so I can prevent that from happening in the future. I’m thinking I should have used bubble wrap perhaps. Thanks and take care!
