basiadelta @unicorngal25 honestly, there is no need to be rude. I accept all types of offers from potential buyers. It’s a difficult time and you have no idea what people are going through. While a profit is nice, I’d rather have a happy buyer (especially during the holidays during a financial difficult time). Shame on you for responding in a disrespectful manner and not taking a person’s financial stability when they are making offers.
