livstiles Hi Brittney, You just purchased my Timberland boots but left a rating that suggested I needed improvement in quite a few areas. I care about my ratings because I'm a single mother and this is what provides me with extra income. So I would love for you to provide feedback, because if you were this unhappy I would've been more than happy to have accepted a return as these ratings directly affect others trust in me as a seller.

livstiles You wrote that I could improve on: Shipping, even though they were shipped an hour after you purchased and delivered within 2 days. Packaging, they were stuffed with bubble wrap and surrounded with bubble wrap inside a new USPS box. Cleanliness, though they were used and worn they were still spotless as in photos. Description, I described them as accurately as I possibly could've with several photos. Friendliness, even though we had never spoken so I don't know how I had been unfriendly to you.
