I ordered grey shoreline converse from you on 7/11. You have not shipped them to me yet. Are you going to ship them by 7/26/19? I can cancel my order as of then but prefer to receive them. Please advise on status asap!

I’m sorry you didn’t like the packaging of the shoes you purchased from me. I wanted to get the shoes to you as quickly as possible so I sent them in a shoe box and included an extra gift. Given the current circumstances it was the only box I had. I hope you enjoy them nonetheless. Happy Poshing!

@bfew Sorry, I got my sales mixed up. I’ve had to use what I have. I always include Ipsy samples with my sales. I wonder if they were removed by USPS? I will work on my packaging for future sales. Thank you for the feedback.
