marciacia Hi , I found the pouch for the bag and I put the bag in the mail this morning. I was trying to take a picture of the tag , but actually pulled it off. I included the tag and my receipt from lululemon with my name and address. We hope that is okay. Also , had lululemon symbols all over the bag. I know , some people are very particular about these things. I hope this is fine with you. Also , sorry so late we just had power turned on after four days because of Hurricane Michael.
