jaimeeann123 @brookeb0723 you can cancle, I've done it. I'm waiting to hear from customer support witch they are slow with replying. I had to delete all my items on my page because everything is screwed up .

jaimeeann123 @brookeb0723 If your order has not been shipped after 7 days from the time it was purchased, you will be able to cancel the order for a full refund on the 8th day after the order was purchased. To cancel an order, please go to the order screen and tap on Problems/Order Inquiry. The next screen will allow you as a buyer to cancel the order by selecting Order Delayed and a full refund will be issued to you
