Hi Brooke! I'm so sorry there was a clasp issue! I always store my boutique jewelry in a special sealed box until it sells- and I check everything when I receive them, so not sure how I missed that so I do apologize. Were you able to wear it to your event? 😊 I hope you'll ship with me again and next time, I'll give you a special discount for your hassle. And I'll triple check before shipping
