theroxfoxshop Hi Brooke! In regards to the Foxcroft shirt you ordered from me on July 27th. I mailed it out July 28th and contacted USPS due to it did not get scanned as shipped at my local post office. I received a call from USPS in your area and they let me know it was not originally scanned but it is “moving” and may be delayed due to COVID but it will get to you. I will keep checking on this to make sure it does.

poshbethanne I’m SO SORRY- I mixed up your shirt with a pair of floral jeans. I feel awful Posh will send a prepaid mailing labels to each buyer and if you would send the pants to her I would appreciate it. She will send your shirt . Again very sorry Beth

poshbethanne @bwatson08 Hi Brooke: I am SO sorry - I had not realized Posh hadnt reached out yet. I sent them a message earlier today asking them to please do so as soon as possible. I am beyond upset with myself for the mixup and of course if you want to cancel I understand. :( However hopefully they will send the labels to both of you tomorrow. Beth

poshbethanne @bwatson08 Hi Brooke - so I'm still working on resolving this. The good news: I have your shirt back from the other buyer. A couple of questions: Do you have the floral pants? Were you charged for the shirt? I believe that you needed to open a claim when you got the pants in order for posh to send you a mailing label. I have been in touch with them and explained - asking them to send you a label. However.... I want to mail you this shirt - if you weren't charged (I/2)

Also, if I can't get Posh to send you a prepaid label would you be willing to send me the pants and I will include a reimbursement to you when I mail the shirt? Ugh. SO sorry for this.
