noleygirl401 I'm sorry you weren't happy with the packaging of the pins. I believe in recycling and that is how I ship all items. Also I am 1 person not a company so it wouldn't work for me to buy new envelopes/boxes for my sales. I always include either bubble wrap or a small box( as I did with your pins) to protect the items in transit. I did understand the feedback though and have added the disclaimer that I ship that way to prevent any further issues. Thank you :)
