khaleesikg Hi Cheryl! I bought the VB duffel & Vera Bradley Weekender from you as a bundle. I received the duffel today but the Weekender bag was not included. It shows on my purchases that they were sent together, but the only thing in the package was the duffel. I am very, very anxious cuz what I really wanted & needed the most for an upcoming trip was the Weekender I bought from you. Please,tell me that you maybe shipped it separately and it’s on it’s way. Anxiously waiting to hear from you, Thanks!

tamonec @khaleesikg no I had to send them separate they wouldn’t fit in a box together. I mailed them at the same time I will check the tracking on it and see where it is.

khaleesikg @tamonec I got the one ending in 355710. But I tracked the other one ending in 265568 and it still show in transit and should be delivered by 8pm today. That was an hour and a half ago. Lol! Guess not! I left you a few messages on the case file. I will call USPS tomorrow. Hopefully we can get an answer on this. :)

cynthiaac Hi! Thank you for the 2 dresses that I purchased from you. Too bad, had I paid more attention to the sellers name I would have saved a couple of $$ from shipping fees. I could concentrate on the items. It would have been nice if you said something to me before mailing them separately. Just saying for your future sales. Thank you again.

tamonec @cynthiaac sorry, I dropped the first dress that evening when you bought it at the night drop. The second dress I shipped the same day as ordered. I didn’t say anything because I assumed you knew since you asked questions about both dresses and stated you were trying to bundle. Next time I will say speak up but there was no way to get back the one dress that was already at the post office.
