kaylamartin124 Hi! I’m so sorry you are disappointed with your recent purchase. I bought the sunglasses two years ago for full price at Theory in East Hampton, a certified seller, so they are 100% real. I know they are not the classic material but they are still authentic, just a different design.

long_brooke @kaylamartin124 hi! Thank you for writing me with the details. I was so confused why the fit (and quality) seems so different from the pair I have at home. I guess the material could have a big impact. I wanted to buy this pair for my sister who lost her originals, which are the same exact pair as mine, and she will notice the same quality difference that I do. Is there any way I could please return these to you, seeing as the difference is significant to what I was expecting?

long_brooke @randommandy33 hi! Thank you - yes! I was thinking of buying a bundle, but the mask is the one that I know I love so I'll just prioritize that. I am a little nervous to purchase beauty products secondhand since it's hard to know if it's ever been tampered with or opened - especially these organic things that have less preservatives! But I thought it's worth a try here as long as the price is reflective of that risk. Thanks again.

long_brooke @randommandy33 I would like to take the second one as well! I was trying to understand pricing better and looked at sale histories and saw that 1.7oz has sold at a range between $40 and $90 so I wasn't sure if I had overpaid for the first one? I'm new here ;D trying to get a sense of how it all works. Thank you!

kristinahoerler I know you probably didn’t do it on purpose, put it’s not good etiquette to go on another Poshers page and advertise that the product is cheaper elsewhere. This is how I make my living, and someone else might just be clearing out a closet

kristinahoerler @long_brooke Ms. you clearly don’t own a business because one does not advertise to ones customers that they can buy an item for less elsewhere unless they are trying to lose business. That wasn’t feedback, that was sabotage. If my items or prices were not to your liking you could have given me “feedback” here, where I asked you a question, not in my advertisement!
