You gave me a 1 star rating when measurements were clearly stated. You asked me about a return. I said contact posh as I have never had a return. You failed to contact posh but leave me a 1 star rating a month after you receive the jeans? You could have returned them. Not bad customer service on my part at all. Look at my ratings and you will clearly see that.

@mamarocks78 I did my purchase through you through Poshmark you should have made more of an effort to help me. The size stated on the pants was not 27 but 25. You advertised them as size 27. I’m new to this website as you can tell. You were my first purchase and I just feel that you have no customer satisfaction to your service so I gave you a one star. I’ve been unable to get to any of my emails due to family emergency.

@drosty I advertised them as no size but measured as a 27 and provided the measurements. I told you to contact poshmark in regards to the return. I don’t know what else you expected me to do. I can’t open a return for you. I have sold 3 other pairs with no size and measured a 27 with no issues. If you would measure the waist it measures a 26. I do not feel a 1 star is warranted in this case but it’s already done. I hope your future purchases are more to your liking.

Hi thank you for your purchasing from my closet. When packing the sales I noticed you purchased two pair of jeans from me. I’d hate for you to have to pay $6.99 shipping charge on both items. If you like I can create a bundle to purchase the same price and cancel the previous purchased.
