tayloda Hi Brooke, I just printed the upgraded shipping label. Unfortunately Posh charged my account for the entire amount ($18.00). They should have deducted what you already paid for shipping. I will work that out with Posh. You are all set. I will cover the balance of the extra shipping. I am hoping to get it in the mail tomorrow but may not get there until Wednesday morning. tayloda Hi Brooke, I'm just letting you know that I have shipped the Cat Genie. Inside the box there is a little green ball. You need to keep that. it goes in the hopper. I heard it rolling around in the box so I wanted to make sure you knew what it was. I also included the set up instructions🌼💗🌼💗
