brookieburk5 @instyledallas hi,I had a few questions...I wanted to make one of those boxes that I see offering bundles and discounts,but I can't figure out how to do it 🙂 also I had someone want more pictures of a listing and ask me to email them at their personal email,is that done? I didnt feel comfortable with it so I just posted more pics on the listing 🤷‍♀️ thanks for your help

instyledallas @brookieburk5 Hi there Brookie! Those are great questions! So for the bundle boxes, you’ll need to create a listing w/what you plan on bundling in the description along w/an image, such as one of those box images you like. You can also turn on your “ seller discounts” in “settings” & you can offer bundles discounts to your buyers on 2 or more items along w/ percentage discounts to your liking. 💰 🛍 😊

instyledallas @brookieburk5 for that last question you asked about emailing people, I would follow the PM guidelines, you can also view those in your settings area but I do NOT recommend outside contact including emailing the buyer outside of poshmark. All the communication between the buyer & seller , should go through the PM app & there really isn’t any need to communicate via email. (Response Cont’d ... in next comment)

instyledallas @brookieburk5 ... it is not something PM condones & a lot of time buyers who ask that you email them outside of the app are aware of the PM rules & this is something you can “report” to PM by selecting the report flag on the comment the user made asking you to email them. Hope that helps! Let me know if that makes sense or if you have any other questions!! :)
