teeme22 @giglou01 posh sent buyers an email if you could kindly recheck yours they may have told you what needs done. We have heard nothing other than they/posh re sent shipping labels so each buyer could reship the items etc.

giglou01 @teeme22 I've checked my email, the package that i received in error has been shipped to the correct buyer but i haven't received my pyrchase. Is it anyway that i can cancel this transaction?

teeme22 @giglou01 no money should have been released . Try going your orders use the pull down you should have a choice you can choose orders problem etc you should have been contacted the person who got your boots should be re sending them to you which is why posh re sent shipping labels so you can package one another packages. If I understand it all correctly.

They probably are still holding those boots I’m not sure if you can contact posh and get them to contact the buyer who got your boot.
