Hey, I’ve been tracking the package you purchased from me on January 12. It looks like it’s been at the Elk Grove distribution center for almost two weeks now. I’ve been trying to contact the distribution center and file a claim. Does your tracking have any additionally information ?

@nadiaatar Hi there; yep so that’s all I’m seeing too. It just shows in transit to the next facility but no updates since the 20th. So frustrating! I’m hoping it will just show up, this has happened for another order too and who knows where the packages are getting hung up. I’ll let you know if I receive any other updates

@brookiebshops Yeah, I looked up the distribution center it got sent to and it has horrible reviews but people said they didn’t get any updates after it arrived at ELK GROVE and just showed up at their door weeks later. It’s been two weeks so hopefully it will get to you soon. I’m really sorry this is happening :(

@nadiaatar That’s ok, totally not your fault. It’s frustrating but I know the post office is just overwhelmed right now. I just got a Christmas card yesterday postmarked from mid December from VA and I’m in DC 🙄🙄. I will let you know if I get an update - I want those boots!! 😂🥰

@brookiebshops Hi Luv, I wanted to reach out as soon as possible. One of your items that you purchased in your bundle was supposed to arrive today and it did not. My question is this, would you like me to ship your partial order and then your shimmers kimono separately or would you like to wait until we get the kimono and ship it all together? I’m happy to do it either way. I’ll bear the cost for shipping an extra package to you with tracking and a special guft for the nuisance.

hi, I just responded to your case open for review. I am not sure if you are able to see my response on there as this is the first time I have had this happen but I will agree to a refund and would like you to keep the shoes if you will still wear them despite the flaws. I listed them years ago and they were in the box since and obviously dried out or something. I do apologize.
