meece38 She told me she would not return the item because it was delivered as described. It is no where close! What she sent was an oversized, worn through solid black shirt. There was not one single solid black shirt, all were more fitted looking and my daughter even commented (a suggestion by the lister) on the shirts she preferred. I wish I could finds my daughters comments. I think it all got deleted. I can’t find any evidence of this woman’s listings now.

bkswaggerdaddy @meece38 poshmark deleted all of her listings. They denied a return on my end. What you need to do is comment that her name is marked as “personal information” and her address is incorrect as well and this is fraud and you will bring it to the police. ALSO: complain that the shirt is THOROUGHLY USED and not in described condition. If they see it has a brandy Melville tag or John Gault they will approve the return.

bkswaggerdaddy @meece38 but if they see that it is very worn and used they will approve the return probably. If poshmark does not approve this then you need to go to your bank and explain the situation, explain how it is fraud, and they will refund you. I can’t stress that enough to dispute it through your bank. Poshmark is an AMAZING app if you buy from the correct people. My first time being scammed in 3 years of use.

bkswaggerdaddy @meece38 don’t stress about it okay?! I was so mad about it for like 3 days. And don’t be too hard on your daughter. It’s a stupid situation and It’s SUPER unlikely you’ll get scammed again unless you get another huge bundle like that. Poshmark usually sides with the buyers, but not this one for whatever reason. So just contact your bank once the money is withdrawn and they will refund if for you I PROMISE. My bank refunded me and another girl got refunded by her bank as well :)
