nakanaandco Hi, I just saw your rating for the ASOS jacquard boots you purchased from me. Sorry that they don’t fit you, but I’m a size US8 which is why I noted in the listing that a smaller foot size US7.5 would fit better especially if you wear socks with them, so saying they are a size US9 is waaay too big for me and therefore not true lol! I have the original receipt for the boots and they are a US size 8 if you have proof of them being size 9 I’d be happy to refund you. Have a great day.
