phets0 @bree6565 technically, the post office is closed until tues I think for the holiday. So, I usually tag the buyer by putting @theirname in my comment on the item they bought and just tell them it's all packaged up and will be in the mail first thing. Also, you go to the "my sales" page and click on the order and check the three boxes and then mark it sent.
