bsnholly @jshopmycloset I was charged shipping? I think in your message above you said you would deduct the shipping, I was not able to counter at 98? but I was able to at 97? I think you said you would take off the shipping. So I should only be paying 97 (or 98 if you want to get technical and charge me the 1$) and the tax. Im confused

jshopmycloset @bsnholly yes you got charged the shipping $6.79. And I have that "OFFSET" from the original "Final Sale price" of the bag of $105 + $6.79= $111.79 which is your supposed to be total pay out + tax. But I have offered you $98 which is ($105 Final sale price of the bag less $6.79 shipping cost) and I have accepted the $97. So you ended up paying ($97+6.79=$103.79 instead of ($105+6.79= $111.79)

bsnholly @jshopmycloset yes I see I'll check my credit card charges and see what I was charged finally 97.00 plus 7.94 or whatever tax was is still only 104.94 or whatever so 111 would include shipping If that is what was charged to my credit card..... The only way to know for sure it to see what my credit card was charged

bsnholly @jshopmycloset So to clarify this exchange, From the original post we had you said you would deduct the shipping charge, which is a flat 97.00 or (98.00 whatever) plus tax. My card should not have been charged the shipping fee plus tax- the original sale was the bag at 97.00 with no shipping charged, that is what you had said. So I'm going to have to decline this sale and refuse the charges on my card and send it back. That is a shame. Sorry for any confusion.

bsnholly @jshopmycloset the "final sale cost agreed upon was 97/98 because the shipping was to be deducted from 105.00? And not recharged? If you're going to charge 105.00 then there was no agreed upon counter offer of 97.00/98.00 because you added the shipping back on. That is why I went low, i thought the shipping was included at 97.00 because you accepted that amount and said shipping was deducted. Just a way of wording it I guess. Anyways I'll return it it's a shame because I really like the bag.

When I said I will deduct the Shipping cost & counter me at $98 after your first initial offer. It means I will Offset or Pay you back the Shipping Cost which I know the Buyer has to pay Upon their Check out! You could have ended up paying ($105 + 6.79 shipping + 7.27 tax)= $119.06!!! But I accepted the Offer for $97 just for me to pay you back the Shipping cost YOU WILL INCUR upon checkout.

jshopmycloset @bsnholly Again..$119.06 is you're supposed to be Total charged in your card. ($105 + 6.79 + 7.27) But you got charged ($97 + 6.79 + 7.27) = $111.06 $119.06 - $111.06 = $8 SHIPPING FEE I HAVE OFFSETED OR PAID YOU BACK from the shipping.

bsnholly @jshopmycloset I know its been delivered, I'm not home, I will be shortly. I contacted them yesterday already and have reviewed policy. Learn some customer service, you should not yell at people who are buying items from you in caps. be clear when you offer a sale price and say you're deducting shipping. I'm probably twice your age its shocking to me how people speak to others, especially where you're trying to sell an item on good terms. This is a good lesson to me on sellers tactics.

I do apologized if you think I am yelling at you but I am not to be honest..I am sorry if you are not happy with the shipping fee which you think I charged you twice. bsnholly @jshopmycloset the bag is in good shape but this wasnt mentioned in the description the left front corner has a slight wear mark the bottom there is a tiny worn area Idk how to send a pic of that on here to show u I will decide if I will keep it and accept or decline based from the poshmark policy. jshopmycloset @bsnholly I didn't know about the slight wear on the left corner of the bag. I doubled check it before I wrap the bag. All I know is the bag is excellent condition in my standard. It has never used and just been sitting in my closet. It's okay. I would totally understand if you still want to return it. I will accept the return. You have 3 days return policy. I only want a 100% satisfaction of all my buyers. I am sorry again for all the miscommunication.

bsnholly @jshopmycloset I can show you pics but all in all the bag is in good condition the corner is barely noticable the mark on the bottom isnt a deal breaker I'm surprised bc that isnt in the pic? It's like white looking like the leather brushed against something rough? it's so small it may have been there idk it's a nice bag thou. I'll prib accept it anyways I just wanted to mention it's there but not in pics

jshopmycloset @bsnholly those photos has been taken few months ago. The marks could have been from sitting in the closet. But I always double check any order before I ship them. Or maybe I didn't really checked enough to see if there's any wear on the bottom. But I always do clean every item and even used bag conditioner all the time in all to maintain the good condition of the bags.

Yeah just a tiny tiny mark but I do not see that in ur pic so idk. Once I carry it it wont matter bc it will have been used and a tiny mark isnt an issue I do take good care of my bags but still.
