mamy1141 Please check the inside pocket of the handbag you purchased. You will find the long strap. I put it in there to keep it from getting damaged.

buenafepearlman @mamy1141 Yes, I found the strap in the side pocket. I did not even check there because it’s not normally placed there in my past purchases of handbags, but I understand you were just being careful! I’ve haven’t seen one before that’s placed in that area, they are just left in the inside floor of the bags I purchased in the past. Sorry, my mistake. Thank you for your prompt response. 😍
