missbuffyh @dav_dahl hey there! A womens XXL is equivalent to a mens XL. However, so many shirts are unisex now (mostly tshirts), those are unisex sizing and I list them based on who I think would more interested in the graphic on the shirt. I wish they had a unisex choice on posh. Hope that answer helps.
