buompham @4942 hi sorry to hear that. Have you ever heard of the socks method? You can try to walk around with thick socks for 30 min or something . It will stretch out better.

4942 @buompham Thanks but they have no stretch left in them. Maybe I will try to sell them on Poshmark. They're beautiful shoes and my husband even took them to the shoe repair shop to have the heels polished and cleaned before he even knew that they didn't fit. He didn't realize he was purchasing pre-loved shoes. Oh well, live and learn. Do you mind if I advertise that you were the seller so that potential buyer knows that they're authentic? Thanks again.

Although I can tell you always takes me > 30 minutes, I do try to do it as much as possible, and it does really help with sales. Also, I get no compensation for putting this out there.
