norcalstyles Hello! Your package was delivered on June 2, but no one was there so they left a notice for you to pick it up. You never did I don't think so it says it is out for redelivery and went out yesterday. I hope you receive it soon!

norcalstyles @bushratahir I've packaged them that way before multiple times and have never had that issue.... I guess one of us will have to contact Poshmark because I packaged it the way I always do lol. Anyway uh I really have never had this problem so I don't know what to do. They shouldn't charge anyone anything. It was packaged fine.

norcalstyles @bushratahir I have honestly package them that way pretty much every time so I don't know why this has only happened to you lol but I just contacted Poshmark and told them $40 is ridiculous and I packaged it just fine. So idk what you want to do I told them to just send them back to me and that's that lol. Sorry about that this has literally never happened to me before so uh I really don't know.

norcalstyles @bushratahir and to be honest if there was an issue my post office wouldn't have sent it out to begin with. They would have had me repackage it... so this is weird and has never happened before. I apologize for this but I really don't know what else to do or say. This isn't really fair to either of us in all honesty.

norcalstyles @bushratahir idk how they do things in FL but the mailmen don't charge you for a package that's already been paid for. No matter how it's packaged. It's the government postal service and they do it all the same so I'll check with my post office tomorrow. I don't really believe this could ever happen lol $40 for that small of a package that's already been paid for ..... that's interesting.

bushratahir @norcalstyles Believe me, I thought it was strange too. I’ve been getting packages this whole week because next week is a holiday and have been buying gifts for family. I’m really surprised the mail lady said that and wouldn’t give the package. I was thinking the same too about how you were able to send it but I can’t receive it. I wish I had spoken to the her and seen what the problem was.

norcalstyles @bushratahir . Yes it was a tiny bit stuffed but that's only because I put bubble wrap in. And my post office would not have shipped it all the way across the country if that was going to create this kind of issue.... so I really don't know. I hope we can figure this out.m pretty upset about it as well lol. This hasn't happened to be either. It was all paid for that makes no sense.

bushratahir @norcalstyles I’m going to go to the post office too in the morning. They didn’t even have a slip or receipt or anything to sign when they asked for the money. I’m going to see if I can try to intercept the package because if you were able to get it shipped and it made its way all the way here, then I don’t get how all of a sudden they’re asking for more shipping charges. And the amount is just crazy! Lol.

bushratahir @norcalstyles The label on the box is incorrect. They’re asking for $30.25. I want the package but will you be able to reimburse me? You sent express but it has a “priority” label on it. It’s supposed to have an express label. Do you have a private email where I can send you the box?

norcalstyles @bushratahir my mom is the one who sent it. She put it in the mailbox when I told her specifically to drop it off. Did you pay for it yet? She said she'd pay the fee since she messed up. I'm SO SORRY about this. That's what I get for not doing it myself lol. I've been sick and she offered so I said ok. She said she has to wait until tomorrow Bc you guys are 3 hours ahead and post office is closed

norcalstyles She thinks they are closed and I tried to call and no one will answer so if they are really going to be rude like that and send it back though they won't answer the phone, just pay what they are asking, we will figure out how you can send me the receipt and I will reimburse you for the fee ok? I can't say how sorry I am enough this must be an awful experience for you and I feel like a major a-hole.

norcalstyles @bushratahir I'm trying to see if Poshmark will reimburse you since they have fault in this, but if they are going to fuss about it do not worry I promise you that you will get your money back. I feel terrible and so does my mom. We did not know and I really didn't think she'd put it in the mailbox. I never use the mailbox. Though I have once before and this did not happen. I promise you will be reimbursed I cannot express how sorry I am.

bushratahir @norcalstyles I’m here right now and they’re being a little bit rude. They’re saying it doesn’t matter if you call or not and that they’re not accepting payments over the phone. I told them to please just answer or at least give me a number where you can call. I have the receipt and pictures of the box. I don’t know what else I can do at this point. The label says priority mail and the box says express. It’s not the wrong label but the wrong box.
