bnb45 @shoprevise it’s understandable it happens. I’m kinda new to this app so I don’t know how to proceed on the app. Will it give me a return label to send this back to you ? Or am I responsible for return shipping fee?

my_poshtique @bnb45 hey doll, no worries. If the claim is approved by Poshmark they will send you a return label and refund you. If is not approved then I will ship you a new one anyway, want to be sure my customers are happy. In the future if you have an issue with a purchase sometimes it may be quicker to hit the seller up to fix the problem quicker 😁 if they are a good seller they will take care of you right away to avoid going thru a claim. Once a claim is open we have to wait for the claim to finish.
