I just got an email from posh saying item not as described what was wrong with the bag? The bag is I. Like new condition If you dont like the bag I will take it back please do not damage the bag. I didnt even want to sell it anymore for the amount I get after fees. I took pictures of the bag before I sent it so it needs to return to me as sent. Thanks

I would never damage your product. Poshmark is a site of trust. I trusted your product, and It's not my fault that a piece of hardware fell from the handle when I put the cross body strap on. Since you have the original receipt, the LV store will gladly fix it or replace it for you, but not for me as a third party buyer. I'm not happy either. I was mortified that the handle hardware detached. The one at the store even had the wrinkles on from basic opening.

@drnewname what? how, are you taking about the top handle or from the strap? it's very unfair that I should be responsible to fix the bag. I off course understand that you spend a lot of money in the bag. this bag was barely used and ur was in perfect condition I have a lot of LV bag and I didnt think they are as well made as this bag. I always take picture of my items with the shipping label before u send it out so I can prove the condition of the bag at shipping. I have

sold a bunch on here and a lot more high items on other site and never had an issue. not sure what happened to the bag after it got to posh and got to you but i want my item the way I sent it so posh needs to figure it out. so if u didnt damage it and it came to u like that then they need to take the bag back.

this is a headache I dont need but I am not taking a damages bag that a lot if money was paid for and fund it really hard to believe it just came off. I will file a complaint if u need to if posh thinks I will take the bag like that. I have pictures of the items in all angles with the shipping label.

Sat here all day Saturday waiting for delivery of this highly coveted bag that is sold out on LV online. I was dressed for the bag. This makes me wary of a third party for a high end item. Prefer Posh to ebay for its consumer protections. You are protected by your receipt for the original purchase. You keep talking about taking a photo of the item, but I could take a photo of the item, too, and a photo doesn't show that he hardware is unstable.

I can take it to my local LV store today and get a consult on if they can repair it (which would be free because they now have one on the shelf--it's a current line).

POSHER success story: LV accepted it for repair without an original receipt. 4 weeks later, they reported that they could not fix it b/c of bag's "design flaw" and offered me a new bag at list price. I chose the Spring Street in scarlet (worth $250 more than purchase price of Posh bag). Interesting, though, on old bag the fleurs on the strap were misaligned on one side, which was an unusual LV quality control oversight. Got to keep the strap, though, and it matches new bag, too. Yay.
