ricejl00 Hi... I bought a green fur hooded jacket from you. When I received it it appears it may have shrunk at some point when you washed it? I gave a cost the exact size and brand, just different color that fits perfectly but this one is a bit too small. Is there any way I can return it? I’m sorry.

urbanxchangeax @ricejl00 hi, it was never washed, I know Hollister sizing can vary, I have some smalls & some extra smalls that fit me the same! I will gladly accept a return :). You'll have to contact customer service though, I'm not sure how they process returns.
