divasale @valentinevocals basically if you were going to buy 1 item and you had liked the item and I gave you an additional discount then you just purchase that item on a buy now...but when you purchase more than one item and place them into a bundle, then the additional 20% comes off plus I can personally give you a discount and shipping discount.. 😅😄 I hope that helps!! 👌

divasale @lynndondolores Hmm, it may take up to 5/7 days to hear back from them or longer right now. I do know once they email you, you can explain further your issue and explain how you want it resolved. They usually contact you back and will resolve the issue or tell you what to do and how to. You may have to wait until they do contact you. How long has it been since you filled the form out and submitted it? Can you give me more information about what happened?
