lilythepink @jillsis yes it definitely is! I'm supposed to be purging - not adding lol! I do have a question.. are the shipping charges deducted from what your item sells for? And when a seller offers reduced shipping do they still have to pay $6.49 regardless - or do they just have to make up the difference?? I understand that PM makes 20% of your sale but I'm so confused about how the shipping works!

lilythepink Sorry - one more question.. if you're waiting for a purchase to be shipped, are you able to cancel the sale if it still hasn't shipped and the seller hasn't contacted you explaining any delays?

jillsis @lilythepink Hey - The buyer pays the shipping on packages 5lbs or less - unless you offer them discounted shipping. If the package is over 5lbs the seller would pay the difference so remember that when determining a price on a bundle. When you off discounted shipping that comes out of your earnings - and posh still takes its cut based on the sale amount - not the reduced amount w/discounted shipping.

jillsis @lilythepink Yes if they haven’t shipped I think you can cancel. Go into your purchases section, choose the one you want to cancel, and there is a section - where you can choose several options - choose cancel.

lilythepink @kincaidkim Hi- maybe there was an issue with the label scanning or something because on my end it still says pending shipment scan and I received 2 messages apologizing for the delay on your behalf and telling me I could cancel the sale. They were delivered late yesterday but I didn't get a chance to open them until a little while ago. They are in excellent condition and I'm accepting the order now. Thank you!

lilythepink @kincaidkim I do think they were briefly misplaced or they took the scenic route because I ordered them on the 23rd or 24th and the mailing envelope looked pretty beat up lol. Just glad they showed up and weren't damaged in the process. 👍🙂
