I'm not sure if it was the dry cleaners or not - I did call to see if they found a button but I had no luck. I am very sorry - when you receive the coat let me know what you'd like to do. cjhauteboheme @newtoyouwithluv hi, thanks for your honesty. Unless it has an extra one hidden with the tag, I will most likely return it to you. Exact matching buttons are impossible to find and I wouldn't have purchased it had i known it had sucha flaw. I'll be in touch when it arrives. 🙂

cjhauteboheme @newtoyouwithluv hi again, I received the coat today. It's lovely but unfortunately doesn't come with any extra hidden button and they are branded. The buttons are imprinted with the MEXX logo so I won't be able to buy a matching one from the fabric store. Sad to say, I'll have to send this back to you. Thanks for your time and efforts though. I will be keeping an eye on your closet!

I felt stitching when packing, and didn’t explore further, as I wasn’t sure if you would want them open or to remain stitched closed. Let me know, I am curious. Thanks!!

I actually started opening one before realizing it (which is why I wish I knew lol). No worries though, should be a fairly quick fix to repair the seam again. Re photos: 1 photo from website showed 2oz, 3 IRL photos showed 1.7 oz. if there was a misconception, I apologize. I’ll keep you posted. Product was unopened and is green in colour according to website. It is smells funky please let me know.

jmelo11 Hi love! I just read your comment on the Zara dress. I’m so so so sorry that it shrunk and didn’t fit you properly. I’m usually a small in Zara as well but I found that the medium didn’t fit me well in the waist to begin with and it was a bit weird looking on me in the skirt area (as I have bigger hips). When I wore it the one time I wore it with a belt to kinda make it look a bit more proportional on me. Once again, I am so sorry for this but I hope you’re having a fantastic day otherwise! 🖤

tammur Good morning Cj. I am packing up your order and noticed the tiniest hole in the back of the Holt Renfrew top. It is about the size of a pinhole and I never noticed it before. I’m sure it is an easy fix, but I must disclose. Please advise what you would like me to do before I ship. It is hard to even see. I believe it doesn’t affect the top at all, but it is your call. I could include a small gift if you’d like. Sorry about this!

I contacted support myself and sent them photos of the issues and they gave me a full refund. the pants and gloves will not be returned and will be donated to charity. the order is marked cancelled on my side so I'm guessing that will most likely spare you from/erase my previously posed review. so, worked out fine on both ends, no worries. take care
