myguestrmcloset @bzzbzz89 🤣💃 Those shoes are pretty amazing! LOL! I’m using a “pen” that I got for my IPad Pro to see if I can share faster than using my fingers.....it’s pretty fast! The touch screen responds faster to it.....go figure! I’m not worried....I find that if I share a ton at night before I go to sleep, when I wake up in the morning theres always a few ❤️’s in the feed....nice way to start the day!

I saw the Russian RIver is at it’s highest level since 1995! (Which is the year we moved to CA....). We took a wine appreciation course at a local community college and learned more about the microclimates than anything else...and the instructor finished off every wine bottle....

Maple trees are still without leaves....well, all the deciduous trees haven’t budded....so its pretty brown and stark. Need some sun and heat! Yes my friend....downtime is history with a two year old! THeres a place here called Tumblebots...great place for infants up to 10yrs! Have to have art! Sounds great!!

myguestrmcloset @bzzbzz89 Vacation is thought of positively in most jobs....it was difficult to regain the momentum on the return and as a result, I don’t want to over schedule time outs......a few sales would be welcome! While I’m thinking about it....factoring in the effort to initially get it started....that was huge! I’m rusty.....not a bad thing... and have rented studio space in Merrimack MA....so we shall see how it comes out later....takes a while to get through the process....I appreciate the encouragement though! Performance Anxiety was getting the best of me! Sad but true!

myguestrmcloset @spgrn1281 It’s a pretty slow process...have to trim a ‘foot’, then add a handle, then dry it out, then bisque fire....that’s the first firing in the kiln...then, glaze it with some color I like, and fire it again....then it’s finished. I have an electric kiln, but I’m renting space at a studio and they use a gas kiln. SOOOO excited!

Things like bedding, soft goods, even candles! Imagine that! Office supplies, coffee table books, think Pottery Barn, but not glass or furniture. They said to start prepping your items and save drafts of the listings so when they are ready to roll it out, (they mentioned May 30th...missed deadline) everyone will be posting~

myguestrmcloset @everboutique ⛱ Thank you! The wrap around deck overlooks the lake....beautiful every season....even winter when the “Bob houses” pop up on the lake for ice fishing~! (fishing shacks) My porch is downstairs under the deck....and that door enters where my studio is. Yep I’m a potter....as well as a “Posher”....my Poshing supports my potting so I can also rent studio space elsewhere and work where other potters are working so it’s not so isolated.

myguestrmcloset @spgrn1281 ....just added the latest pic of a pretty big oak tree splintered! Jumped out of the chair on that one! LOL...it’s about 50-75 feet from the house. Amazing! And dangerous! It’s on the pathway to the back gate of the park...will be taking another route...theres actually two down on that path from recent storm activity. Love the woods! Orange vests for hunting season, and I guess helmets for the rest of the year! LOL

My husband & I took a trip to Maine for part of our 25th wedding anniversary 15 yrs ago & I absolutely fell in love with it!!!!!! Oak Island is about halfway between Wilmington nc & myrtle beach sc. it’s a family beach and a lot of fisherman go there to fish. It’s just a beautiful peaceful place to go. If you get a chance to visit I think you would love it too!!!!!

It tastes ok....especially if you fill it with fruit etc.... you CAN taste a little beany but it’s best to let someone try it who doesn’t know it’s chic pea juice....the mind is a powerful thing! 😬😂🤣😅 Its pretty good if you are vegan and don’t eat eggs....I don’t know if you can ‘merangue’ an egg substitute powder......

My DIL was vegan for many years and when they were planning marriage, we all got on board and tried to make all sorts of ‘vegan’ things~! 🥰 so every now and then I try something crazy....this was the most outrageous one so far! Technically, it isn’t made from egg, but it is baked like a merangue and has sugar and cream of tartar in it....it’s a whip of the juice from a can of chick peas! I know RIGHT?!?!??! 😊🤫🤗. It’s vegan desert merangue. the three attempts it took are also pictured...one disappeared (no sugar etc)LOL, the second was too soft....and the third...ta dahhhh! I filled it with fresh fruit before serving.

AquaFaba falls in the same category as all deserts....it’s got sugar!! reesbrown56 WOW. Winter has arrived. Mother Nature wreaks havoc and leaves us with a big mess. Seattle has mild weather year round. January through April 2019 was rough. We had snow on the ground for weeks. That is not expected here in lower elevations. Northeast US gets more severe weather than West coast so I have always heard/read. My severe weather stories involve Hurricanes living 35 years on the Gulf Coast🥺 I pray it eases up soon💜💞💜💞

The longest I’ve left georgianna in the fridge was 10 days w/o feeding...boy talk about a boozy start lol! Scrape off the gray top layer and measure after that....I have an experiment going...froze starter last October....going to see if it will revive!

spgrn1281 @myguestrmcloset 😆 you so cray-cray girlfriend! Frozen starter. 🤣 Yes, I keep them in one of my fridges. I take them out, let them come to room temp and feed next day. 5.5hrs later, make bread. If not used, then I put back in fridge after it’s peaked. 🙂

myguestrmcloset @spgrn1281 🤣😀😜 yes I am!!! Love a good experiment! If it becomes viable again after being frizen for months on end....I’ll save a ton on “feed”! Some of the first sourdough loafs I made were literal door stops! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. The yeast breads I make almost all come from the bakers apprentice cookbook. And almost everyone of them has a pre-ferment overnight. Makes a huge difference.

I tried a lemon curd recipe made in the microwave....crazy easy~will hold in the fridge for two weeks! Put that on everything LOL! Ive never made a mousse of any kind though.....sourdough is easier than you think....And you can shortcut it by buying the starter ~ which I found out later....mine is wild yeast though, homemade, Georgianna, named after my mom’s middle name 💖

myguestrmcloset @pamjbwilson nope! 2023 Art of Great Bay fundraiser is a juried show and sale benefitting the research and support of the estuary. I think the Discovery Center is located in Greenland, NH. I’ve painted at the estuary ~ love that space and the work they are doing.
