Hi! I just received a 2 star rating from you about a pair of shoes. You mentioned that it took 4 days to ship and this is not true. Your purchase was placed on a Fridays afternoon and your shoes were shipped the next day. We drop the package off at usps. When you drop off, not always they scan the item right away.

As we sell 10 packages a day, they won’t scan them to us. They ask us to drop off. Monday was Presidents’ Day and usps was closed. Your package was scanned on Tuesday. Please be mindful about your reviews since we work hard to meet out reviews and to build our average rating.
