nrzjago received large box & bubble wrap. items were loose inside. Bracelet and ring are gorgeous- one earring was stuck under bottom flap and other earring is no where to be found. I took pix of it so you could see location of where it was-I can’t share pix here but took few - that one earring could have slipped out -it does fit thru crack on bottom of box- not sure what or how we proceed:( I haven’t accepted order pending your response.

nrzjago Because I was so excited about bracelet- you are absolutely right it is stunning! I put in ring it fits—- then realized only one earring - then I dig for it- no luck- sent u message then realized the pendant isn’t there- nothing was secured in bubble wrap

nrzjago Not sure if you tried to wrap it or just cushion it. Box isn’t damaged but bottom bulges little and has small crack that I know earring would fit and could fall out because I tried to see if it fit- not sure but pendant must have been small enough too?

nrzjago I order tonssss of stuff and only had one time when the sender didn’t tape the little box- it was slightly crushed- more like bent- and she shipped them loose inside- zero packaging:(

nrzjago Honestly- not even sure what would be fair- I hate for you to lose out but also hate that I spent so much and only have ring - bracelet- and earring/charm to show for it. I am at total loss

nrzjago I don’t think I can accept part of an order... and I don’t remember what I paid for the set. I’m sure refund would be difficult for you and I would have to either ship one earring back or take that off refund Or - do you have something same value you may want to replace items with then I accept shipment when it arrives

nrzjago I’m not sure if either of us can submit a claim. Not sure either could recoup money if post office shows it delivered but missing items- I’m a buyer - not seller- so not sure how best to do this so it’s fair for both of us

nrzjago Hi. I emailed support to find out how I can accept the items received and pending response. I would hate to have to return all items for full refund. I want to keep bracelet and ring! You will need to figure out price for the pendant/earrings set so we can adjust accordingly.

cadencegreen7 @nrzjago I’ve been thinking about this situation and the earrings that you want are more expensive than the earrings that are missing. I was never planning on discounting that bracelet and it is much more expensive than the bangles you wanted. In addition I gave a large discount on the bundle and I DID send all of the items in a secured box. I think that the only fair way to handle it is that I send you the earrings you like - and no other pendant or anything. What are your thoughts?

nrzjago You know- just so we both come out ok that is fine. I remember you marked bracelet 150 then said you meant to list for more... so I think that would be fair. I totally agree and fine with this. Just so you can get paid etc. Do you want to ship them and once I receive I’ll just accept the existing order?
