Hey there! So sorry to hear you were not happy with your shoes. They are indeed a 9/10. it says so on the shoe. Of course on the back it just says 10, but on the sole it says 9/10. Those were also not scratches. The shoe was designed that way with a wood like look. No biggie though. Please return them so you can keep your refund. Also, if you find that there is anything in my closet you love, feel free to make me a lower offer to make it right. Thanks!
