catraquel @asuno Hello! You recently purchased the owl backpack from my closet. I apologize for the delay being experienced. Due to the winter storm in my area and city-wide power outtage, the package has been unable to ship on time. Just know, the backpack is packaged and ready to ship when the mail carriers resume picking up orders. I hope you can understand, however, I will understand if you choose to cancel your order.
