@cailindg oh no! I am so so sorry! I would never have listed it as complete if I had known it wasn’t. The strange thing is that we never even tried on the costume so I assumed it was all in there!!! Maybe it was sent to us as incomplete too??? I will gladly approve a refund if you wanted to return it. That is messed up. I’m so embarrassed 🤦🏻♀️
