luv2luvutoo I’m so sorry you were not happy with your brand new Lilly Pulitzer Dress. Can I ask why you gave me a 1 Star Rating??? I am a five star seller. I would have gladly accepted a return had you asked. I described the dress accordingly to LILLY PULITZER the designer from her website. Ratings on Poshmark should be rated on delivery, packaging, fast shipment etc. I did not make the dress or force your hand to buy it.

luv2luvutoo Because you had the option of a return with me or even contacting me and you did not. Please be kind and treated me accordingly to Poshmark Guidelines and not because you did not like a design of a dress you picked by a designer and not by me. I would appreciate it.

luv2luvutoo Your rating is unfounded and baseless when applied to Poshmark standards. Especially because you hadn’t even bothered to get in touch with me. Ask for a return or an exchange. Again, I strive to make all my customers happy and this is quite disappointing. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. Just so you understand a 1 Star would be if you recurved an item that was old, used damaged etc... ???

luv2luvutoo @caiseysmolinski There was no sharpie line through tag when sent. It’s a BRAND NEW ITEM FROM THE LILLY PULITZER store. Described as Lily Pulitzer on her site. Pictures from her DIRECTLY. I have two more however and would have been happy to send you another one. If that was such an issue and in fact the case. You did not reach out to me.

luv2luvutoo @caiseysmolinski you give me 1 Star due to a pen mark on a tag attached? Seriously? How is this fair? This is my business and your baseless rating that you changed from a 5 to a 1 is unequivocally unfounded. Perhaps if you could understand that you would be more understanding overall. I strive for excellent CS and you didn’t even bother getting in touch. If it was too small or too big I could have sent you out a different size.

luv2luvutoo Those are called solvable problems. Not issues to try to ruin a 5Star Sellers Rating & business. I contacted Poshmark to try to issue you a return. If all tags are still attached and it is sent in same condition as I sent it in ( I have pics with all of my shipments) I’d be happy to give you your money back. As a buyer if you are uncertain here on Posh always ask for extra pics if you need to see something more specific. Thank you

luv2luvutoo @caiseysmolinski Yes, On Poshmark you as the buyer have the opportunity to contact seller, ask for return, Mark item as not as described, or mark item as damaged. It goes through to Poshmark headquarters and they decide on the return, I would obviously accept it, and then once you would have shipped it back your funds would go back to you. You can always contact any seller on Poshmark by writing @ and seller name under their respective listing that you bought. Or even a new one.

caiseysmolinski @luv2luvutoo DONT LIST YOUR ITEMS AS BRAND NEW! NEW WITH TAG! If its brand new with a tag there shouldnt be marks unless you bought it like that and again FAILED to mention it on your listing.

luv2luvutoo This isn’t about a Penmark on a Tag? Really?! It’s laughable. Obviously the dress didn’t fit. Because I sent you the dress in the picture. I have three more of them in my boutique. If you would have contacted me again like I said from the get go I would have happily sent you a different size but because you know that you weren’t happy with it for whatever reason there are no returns on Poshmark.

luv2luvutoo @caiseysmolinski I will post all the tags that I have on the same dresses to show you in my boutique I will tag you in it so you can see and you can choose the tag of your liking I will send it out to you at my cost and at that point I would request you rate me according to Poshmark guidelines.
