mcdaad Hey! Sorry to bother but I saw your complaint on the Smashbox palette. All you have to do is report the problem on Poshmark. Once your case is reviewed, they give you a refund as soon as possible whatever payment method you used.

caitlinlh1 The problem was I accepted the order without really examining it. But the seller agreed to refund my money. (Luckily) thanks for the tip though! She claims she didn't know it was fake.
