@mindynhu I might be, but I actually haven't tried these, so I'd like to give them a go first. I'm using the gel with limited success, and wanted to see if the patches work better, with the more consistent time release. (I'm glad your back pain is better, BTW!)

@mindynhu cool, thanks so much! I developed widespread joint pain in my extremities near the beginning of the pandemic, and I've been getting passed to different doctors for nearly a year with no answers. In the meantime, the mysterious chronic pain and swelling is especially bad in my feet, so I'm trying anything (that isn't dangerous) that seems like it could help just so I can keep living a sort of normal life, walking my dogs and doing chores. I'm sure you understand just what I mean!
