Hello, I apologize for the delay. A couple days ago I checked the shipping update and saw that the package was somehow in Honolulu HI, I have no idea how it got there since I am shipping from Los Angeles CA area, but that update is no longer there. I have never had any issues with packages getting sent to the wrong location or getting delayed this long so I do apologize. I hope you are able to receive the shorts soon.
