4everborn2shop I just seen your review of your purchase. I truly wish you had let us know there was a problem with your order before you left negative feedback. I would have liked to have had the opportunity to have addressed the problem. If you would like a refund you can post the item and I will buy it back from you. Again I am truly sorry about your disappointment.

coastalcoture @ai8670 I’m sorry about that I connected posh and they told me there was nothing I could do- but write a review. I’m just allergic to smoke and I couldn’t even put the dress on. It’s a beautiful dress. I am posting it back to sell it - would you want to buy it back - I’ll take down the review if they let me.

4everborn2shop @coastalcoture I am not sure if you can or not and the dress was never around smoke that I am aware of. It was bought online and did not fit right so it went straight into our store. But our customer satisfaction is our first priority. We want you to be happy (shopping should make you happy) with your purchase and if you are not we want to fix it! Otherwise this is not fun and would not be worth it so we will gladly take it back :)
